Prosciutto Club

Welcome to all those prosciutto lovers out there. We are now offering you the chance to join our special prosciutto club where you will be able to come and make your own dry cured ham.

We invite you to come to our premises in Killarney Gardens for a morning where you will be instructed on how to debone your own ham, how to salt it and thereafter we will store it for you in our special drying room. You can visit it regularly during the curing process and after a year its yours to take home and enjoy with your family and friends.

We will also include a light lunch of cured meats, cheeses and bread to be enjoyed after the work is complete.
